Shipping Policy & Information

SHIPPING INFORMATION: We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipments within the United States.  All of our shipments are $9.95 per shipment Flat Rate Fee.  Whether you order one bar of soap or 20 bars. US Only!

USPS Priority Mail is a very reliable service. However, there are times packages can be misdelivered or go missing due to package theft. BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCATION. If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us and we will require a signature delivery for your order, no matter the amount of the order. This may require an additional fee.

USPS Priority Mail offers 1-3 day shipping. BE ADVISED we require 1-3 business days to process your order (5-7 days for busier seasons, like Christmas). Sometimes weather can play a factor in some cases. For more information, go to USPS Priority Mail page at USPS.com. If there is another reason for a delay or your package was lost, please contact the USPS with the tracking information you received upon notification of package shipped. Responsibility to complete the delivery is that of the USPS. All we have at this point is the same tracking information you have.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: It is hard to accurately price International orders as we have weight restrictions to adhere to so please allow us to quote you a shipping rate. Please be aware that your package will ship USPS Priority Mail only unless you contact us and make arrangements otherwise. This service does not have guaranteed tracking and insurance outside of the United States. By shipping this method, you agree that Sleepy Bee Worx is not responsible for your package at any time after it reaches US Customs. No refunds will be given for a lost package as we have no recourse ourselves to file a claim. However, if your product is damaged, contact us at shipping@sleepybeeworx.com and we will review your case, and make it right. BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCATION. No refunds or replacements will be given if you claim you did not receive your package but any tracking that is available shows that you did. Sleepy Bee Worx is not responsible for any fees incurred by Customs. If you have any concerns about these requirements whatsoever, please contact us at shipping@sleepybeeworx.com so we can arrange an alternate form of shipment. This may require an additional fee.

FPO/APO: We are happy to ship packages to our service members and their families overseas!
