Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the package has shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold. Even if unopened, we choose not to resell the product since it has been out of our supervision. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Refunds are at the discretion of a review.

We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions to our products. Each item for sale has all ingredients listed for your reference on the website and on the package. Anyone with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. Feel free to contact us regarding specific ingredients or purchase our smaller sample sizes first. Sleepy Bee Worx is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. If at any time a reaction occurs, discontinue use.

We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. No refunds will be given based on scent. We strictly adhere to proper usage rates as set forth by the International Fragrance Association. Also note that even unfragranced soap will have a slight scent due to ingredients used. No fragrance or essential oils are added to the unfragranced soaps. On occasion, although we do our best to keep them separated, an unfragranced soap bar may absorb scents from scented soaps while in the curing area.

We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer many of our soaps and other products in sample or trial sizes so that you can try them first.

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know.
